Every design is capable of rigorous type and routine tests. Losses conform to BEE star labelling (Star 1–5) and energy-efficiency levels EEL1–EEL5 under the latest IS 1180 amendments.

Dry type transformers

Dry-type transformers

3-phase / 1-phase from 10 KVA to 1000 KVA — 11/22/33 kV class with/without OLTC. Types include open wound, vacuum pressure impregnated (VPI), vacuum pressure encapsulated (VPE) and cast resin. Ideal for indoor sites where safety and limited space matter: commercial buildings, hospitals and data centres.

Inverter-duty units for wind and solar energy. Multiple primary windings allow several inverters on the grid; earth shield between HV and LV windings reduces harmonics and residual resonance.

Compact substation (CSS / PSS)

Pre-fabricated, plug-and-play package substations from 100 KVA to 2500 KVA up to 33 kV primary. Compartments for HV circuit breaker, transformer and LV distribution; designed to IEC 62271, IEC 1331, IS 1180 and IS 2026. Optional APFC, metering, fire detection and OLTC.

Auto, earthing, booster & amorphous

Auto transformers from 25 KVA to 2500 KVA. Earthing / grounding transformers from 10 KVA to 2500 KVA for earth-fault protection. Booster transformers for feeder voltage regulation and railway stray-current control. Amorphous metal distribution transformers with ultra-low no-load losses — supporting Jaybee’s energy-conservation and CO₂ reduction goals.
